Central Milk opened its doors in 1992 by the owner Anton Gilfillan – Agricultural Engineer.

Central Milk began with development and servicing of milk equipment in South Africa. Today we are a large company exporting about 500 products, throughout the African continent. All the equipment has been specifically designed for the African market to be strong, easy to maintain and cost effective, for the small, medium and large companies. The marketing system of “Milk, Juice and Water on Tap” was developed by Anton by designing the machines in all the small shops and larger enterprises throughout Africa.
